CANCELLATION PROCEDURES

• All cancellations and/ or amendments must be made in writing
• Cancellation and / or amendments will attract the following charges, which will automatically be debited to the tour operator (this includes amendments which cancel any given room nights reserved):
  • Not less than 30 days prior to arrival - no cancellation penalty
  • 4 to 2 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total accommodation fee
  • 2 weeks or less prior to arrival - 100% of total accommodation fee
• All cancellation clauses are at the discretion of the General Manager.

Tour Leader Policy

For groups of 15 or more full paying rooms, your tour leader will be provided complimentary accommodation and breakfast. All other charges will be for their own account to be settled on departure.

Children's Policy

Children under 12 years (maximum 2) per room sharing with two full paying adults are accommodated free of charge, including breakfast.
Children over 12 and under 18 years (maximum 2) per room sharing with two full paying adults are charged R200.00 per child, per night, bed and breakfast.

Third Adult Sharing

Unfortunately the layout of our bedrooms is not conducive to accommodate a third adult sharing.

Transfers

The hotel now offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the City Center and V&A Waterfront.
